I really like your design concept, and I like how you contrasted the black-and-white drawing with the color photo. However, the name of your publication - "The Bubble" - is too small! We need to see it immediately. We need to be able to see it in the newsstand from far away....
Also, I think your design might be more effective as a magazine nameplate rather than a newspaper nameplate. Which is perfectly OK.
