The 10th best place is Jacksonville, FL because it is easy to buy and own a home without breaking the bank. The next is Columbus, OH for their high employment rate and job opportunities. Then Indianapolis, IN for their top universities. The 7th is Charlotte, NC, which is known for their hospitality. The next is Dallas, TX for all the friendly faces, and then Nashville, TN for the great gospel music. The 4th is Houston, TX because there is a high rate of both high school and college graduates. Then Raleigh, NC because there are many so called "intellectuals" that reside there. The second is Atlanta, GA for their big corporations, and the number one place for African Americans to live is D.C because there is a great diversity.
